FCB Nyasa Big Bullets head coach Wedson Nyirenda has been named the FDH Bank Premiership Coach of the Month for June after guiding his side to a perfect record during the month.
Nyirenda edged Enos Chatama of Ekhaya, Abbas Makawa of Civil Service United and Silver Strikers’ Peter Mgangira to the monthly accolade after leading his side to victories in both of their league matches played during the period under review.
Nyirenda who led Nyasa Big Bullets to back-to-back wins in two matches in June.
His 100 percent record in June set him apart from the other nominees, who each registered one win and one draw in their two matches.
He has pocketed MK500,000 (ZMK5,350) from the accolade.
