Ugandan Champions, Vipers SC have arrived in Ndola ahead of the second leg of the Preliminary Second Round of the CAF Champions League against Power Dynamos.
Vipers held a training session in Kampala before leaving for Ndola through the Entebe Airport.
The team is led by Uganda Cranes midfielder Allan Okello who helped the club to their seventh Uganda Premier League title and Stanbic Uganda Cup as the league top goalscorer with 19 goals (23 goal contributions- 19 goals and 4 assists).
The match against Power Dynamos will be at Ndola’s Levy Mwanawasa this Friday as Zambia celebrate her 61st Independence day.
The Venoms are expected to have a loosening session at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium annex pitch this afternoon.
On Thursday, they will have a feel of the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium turf at 3pm.
The Kitwe giants lead 2-1 on aggregate thanks to an own goal and Moses Shumah goal.
Abayellow arrived back from Uganda on Monday and has already gone down to work to prepare for the second leg.
The winner will advance to the lucrative group stage.
