Former Zambia U-17 National Team Skipper Miguel Chaiwa and Italian based midfielder Mannah Chiwisa will join the Zambia U-23 National Team in Egypt.
The two European based players will complete coach Osward Mutapa’s squad for the two matches against the Young Pharaohs.
Chaiwa is on the books of Swiss side BSC Young Boys while Chiwisa is with Atalanta BC.
Meanwhile the team has left for Egypt ahead of the first leg, final round of the 2023 Morocco Africa Cup qualifiers.
Zambia has been camped in Niamey from Thursday to prepare for the crucial tie against Egypt.
While in Niger the team played a friendly with that country which ended in a scoreless draw.
Zambia plays Egypt on Wednesday in the first leg encounter to be staged in Cairo. The return leg will be March 26 in Ndola.
