CAF CL: Hat-trick for Clatous Chama as Simba hit seven

Chipolopolo midfielder Clatous Chota Chama scored a hat-trick as Simba SC hit seven goals to progress to the CAF Champions League quarter finals. 

Wekundu wa Msimbazi put seven past Horoya AC to secure their place in the quarter finals in front of a parked Benjamin Mkapa National Stadium. 

Chama opened the scoring in the 10th minute with a brilliant freekick following a foul on Congolese forward Jean Baleke Othos. 

Baleke then doubled the lead in the 32nd minute and four minutes later Chama made it 3-0 from the penalty spot. 

Chama then turned provider in the 53rd minute setting up Sadio Kounate before  Baleke added the fifth goal in the 65th minute. 

The Zambian international scored the sixth goal in the 70th minute and completed his hat trick after he dribbled past a Horoya defender in the 18 yard and finished off a Pape Sakho pass.

Kanoute completed the Horoya humiliation with a strong shot outside the 18 in the 86th minute, 7-0 it ended. 

Simba have since qualified to the quarter finals ahead of the final round encounter against log leaders, Raja Casablanca.
