The FAZ Women’s Super Division entered week 26 of action over the weekend with some exciting fixtures taking centre stage.
Log leaders ZESCO Ndola Girls made a trip to Lusaka while Green Buffaloes Women’s Football Club welcomed, National Assembly.
ZESCO continued their unbeaten run as they edged Nkwazi Queens 1-0 thanks to a Charity Mubanga goal, taking her tally to 23 for the season.
The defending Champions also continued their fine run as they saw off National Assembly, 5-1.
Florence Banda put Assembly in the lead early on before Buffaloes came back with goals from Kabange Mupopo, Maweta Chilenga, Maylan Mulenga and a brace from Bwalya Namute Chileshe.
At NASDEC, Rachel Moono netted a brace to help Green Eagles to a 2-1 win over Kamfisa Police Blue Eagles.
Indeni Roses beat Trident Queens 1-0 while YASA Queens suffered yet another defeat as they lost 2-0 at the hands ZANACO Ladies.
At Shamuel Ground, Luyando Foundation Girls thrashed Kabwe Celtic Queens 7-0 to move out of the relegation Zone.
Elite Ladies and the Royal Girls, Queens Academy played out to a goalless draw.
