Young Africans secured the 2023/24 Federation Cup after beating Azam FC 6-5 on penalties on Sunday.
Zambian forward Kennedy Musonda started the match on the bench.
Yanga also defended the league title with Azam in second place.
The two sides will represent Tanzania in the CAF Champions League after finishing first and second in the league.
Musonda is expected to join the Chipolopolo camp on Tuesday before the team’s departure for North Africa on Wednesday.
Zambia will face Morocco on Friday in a FIFA 2026 World Cup qualifier in Adagir.
The Chipolopolo Boys will then host Tanzania in Ndola on June 11.
