Stopilla Sunzu helps Arsenal beat relegation

Zambian international Stopilla Sunzu survived relegation with his Russian Premier League side Arsenal Tula when the relegation play off against Yenisey.

Arsenal finished third from bottom avoiding the automatic relegation spot and went on to play on the play off.

They lost the first leg on Wednesday by 2 – 1 and it was the away goal that mattered the most for them as they won the second leg at home 1 – 0.

Sunzu who will be joining the national soccer team this week played 90 minutes in the first but was not named on the bench for the return match.

His current loan at the Russian outfit expires on 30 June and it remains to be seen if he will stay or return to his parent club Lille of France.
