Chipolopolo winger Chipyoka Songa dedicated his goal against Sakhnin to his late niece.
Songa put Petah Tikva in the lead just after four minutes, converting from 12 yards to open the scoring by sending the goalkeeper the wrong way.
Songa took to social media to confirm the sad development on the untimely passing of his niece who died shortly before the match started.

Bnei Sakhnin leveled matters in the 41st minute through Javier Bushnak with a rebound to make it 1-1.
However Petah took the lead just six minutes later as Itay Rotman headed in Nidam’s good cross.
The game was level again, six minutes into the second stanza as Ahmed Salman benefitted from a mistake at the back to slot home from close range, 2-2.
Songa has now scored five goals in the league this season, making 6 goal contributions ( five goals and an assist). He has scored seven goals in all competitions so far this season.
