Kabwe Warriors have maintained their unbeaten run in the FAZ Division 1 South league after they came from behind to hold Kalomo Jetters in a match played in Kalomo.
Paul Simpemba who recently received a call-up to the Chipolopolo just before the international friendly against Rwanda showed why national team interim coach Honour Janza called him to the senior team by pulling back one for his team after Warriors had gone down in the 9th minute.
The 23 year old midfielder is versatile and capable of playing on both wings as well as an attacking central midfielder.
Warriors have kept most of the players who played in the Super Division last season with coach Mohamad Fathi leading the charges.
The Zambia Railways sponsored side lead the Division 1 South log on seven points and are closely trailed by Nampundwe who beat Mumbwa Medics 2 – 0 to remain only a point behind Warriors.
