Chipolopolo assistant coach Moses Sichone has made four changes to the team that suffered a shock 1-0 defeat to Malawi in the COSAFA Championship opener.
Sichone has handed starting places to Albert Kangwanda, Abraham Siankombo, Mathews Chabala and Samson Mkandawire.
Benedict Chepeshi, Aaron Katebe, Patson Kwataime and Golden Mashata drop to the bench.
Katebe had a poor game and scored an ‘unbelievable’ own goal in the 16th minute after a mixup with captain Kelvin Kapumbu.
Wisdom Libamba Moyela continues to lead the attack with Kelvin Kapumbu protecting the back four while Lawrence Mulenga maintains his place in goal.
Zambia need a win to have a chance of progressing to the next round to keep their hopes of defending the title they won last year.
Comoros on the other hand will be looking to make it two wins in two games after thrashing Seychelles 3-0 in their first match of the tournament.
The match kicks off at 15:00 hours at the King Zwelithini Stadium and will be live on SuperSport, SABC and FIFA+ YouTube platform.
