Shumah fires Power Dynamos to victory against Vipers in the Champions League

Moses Shumah fired Power Dynamos to victory against Vipers in the first leg of CAF Champions League last 32.

The Kitwe side came from a down to beat the Ugandans 2-1.

Sentamu Yunus gave the home side a 1-0 lead three minutes into the second half.

Six minutes later Shumah equalised for Power Dynamos with a stunning goal from a tight angle.

The Kenyan striker continued to stretch the defence with his forward runs.

With the match headed for draw, Power Dynamos got their luck following Derrick Ndahiro’s own goal in the 77th minute.

Power Dynamos will host Vipers on Friday in the second leg at Ndola’s Levy Mwanawasa Stadium.

The winner will advance to the lucrative group stage.
