Sabobo on target as Athletico Lusaka , Chainda Bombers, Msisi Youth, Young Buffaloes, and Shamuel record wins in FAZ Lusaka Provincial Division One

The FAZ Lusaka Provincial Division One Week 10 fixtures were played with two barren draws,3 away wins and 4 home wins in an epic lower-division week as newcomers who are Chainda and Misisi continue going strong.

Aiport Warriors playing at home failed to maximize on home ground advantage as they were held to a scoreless draw by visiting Rifflemen FC in a match played on Saturday at Chankukula grounds to maintain their unbeaten run to 3 games against the visiting Riflemen.

Misisi Youth Academy the newcomers who are the pride of Misisi compound of Chawama constituency continued with their good run in the league with a deserved one nil away in Chongwe district against Chongwe united. It was a game in which they played very well especially in the middle and at back to the disadvantage of the hosts.

Evans Kangwa sponsored Shamuel FC picked up their first win away to young Napsa 2-1 courtesy of goals from former Power Dynamos, Nkana, and Zanaco midfielder Richard Kasonde and Alick Njovu late strike while Napsa only goal came from the spot-kick. It was end-to-end stuff but in the end, Shamuel managed to get past the home team. The loss was the second for Napsa stars who are yet to pick up any point from two games they have played so far and the first win for shamuel who drew one all at home to Lusaka city council in a week 9 match.

Chainda Bombers who are yet to concede in two matches and top the table took Kabwata Fc who are yet to score a goal in the current season to the sword in a dominant 2 nil win playing at home in Chainda compounds to cement their top spot status with 6 points.

Young Green Buffaloes playing at home handed Young Zanaco their second loss of the season. 2-1 win was enough to take Young Green Buffaloes to 3rd place with a loss being a bad one for Young Zanaco who sit second from the bottom with no point.

Sable Bulls recorded their first loss of the season at home to visiting Happy Hearts of chilenje walked away with a 1-0 win to redeem themselves from a 1 nil home loss to Chainda in a week 9 fixture. It was a game of two halves as both teams dominated each half.

Lusaka city council playing at home clamped Irwin Rangers with a one-nil win to hand them a first win in a game in which both teams were toothless in front of goal as they missed good scoring opportunities.

In other results, Athletico blessed themselves with 3 goals and points playing at home against Romeki with Zambian teenage sensation Joseph ‘Sabobo’ Banda finding the back of the net while Vector and Paramilitary settled for a barren draw.
