Ricky Banda handed late Chipolopolo call up

Red Arrows striker Ricky Banda has been handed a late call up to the Zambia national squad ahead of a crucial 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier match against Sierra Leone in Ndola this Tuesday.

Banda has since been released by his club Red Arrows to join the Chipolopolo camp in Ndola.

The Former Jumulo forward will miss today’s MTN Super League encounter between the Airmen and Power Dynamos.

The Avram Grant coached side suffered a 2-0 loss away in Bouake on Friday but have since shifted their focus to Sierra Leone.
