Red Arrows snap up highly rated Lewis Mwachisemo 

MTN Super League side Red Arrows have snapped up highly rated prospect Lewis Mwachisemo from Sporting Lusaka

The pacey forward has joined the Airmen on a 12 months loan deal from the FAZ Lusaka Province lower tier side. 

Mwachisemo who has already impressed coach Chisi Mbewe is part of the youngsters that have joined Red Arrows on their preseason camp in Siavonga. 

Mwachisemo spent 12 days in February last year attending a training camp in Eastern Europe and is on the radar of a number of Eastern European clubs. 

The Airmen have set base in the scenic town of Siavonga for a 7 day pre-season camping expedition as part of their preparation for the 2025/2026 MTN Super League season. 

Mwachisemo is among the 16 youngsters promoted from Air Force satellite teams, developmental academies and partner clubs following a talent search to harness and promote local talent, held in Lusaka.

Other players selected include Caristo Chitembele (Aero-Macci FC), Chinga Bandama (Titans FC), Dickson Miyoba (Air Power FC), Kakanda Sinyangwe (Titans FC), John Kabwe (Teta FC),  Joseph Silavwe (Teta FC), Success Sakayate (Lusaka Youth Academy), Crispin Sikasibi (Makeni All Stars FC), Patson Mpande (RAFC Youth), Kapambwe Mulenga (Ndeke Aero Strikers FC), Benjamin Chishimba (Ndeke Aero Strikers FC), Hilary Nkomesha (Aero-Macci FC), Henry Daka (RAFC Youth), Nicholas Tembo (RAFC Youth) and Sydney Mwansa (RAFC Youth)

The Airmen have also acquired the services of Zambia U20 stars Patrick ‘Scud’ Simwinga and Fostino Mwenya, recruited from Mphande Youth Academy and Ndeke Aero Strikers FC respectively.
