Micheal Beale has hailed the impact his forward players have had on his side with them showing a clinical edge in front of goal in recent weeks.
Notable standout performances from the likes of Alfredo Morelos, Fashion Sakala and Ryan Kent have contributed to the Gers’ current form with Rangers scoring 19 goals in the manager’s eight matches in charge so far.
Ahead of the side’s latest clash as they head to St. Johnstone in the fourth round of the Scottish Cup, speaking to the media Beale has praised the performances of his forward players and the numbers they have produced since he took over.
He explained: “I think there was a big urge for Fashion Sakala and Alfredo Morelos to play when I came in, because they hadn’t played much in the weeks prior to me coming in or regularly.
“We have given them that opportunity and they have rewarded the team.
