Kundananji made her debut for the Copper Queens on 4th April 2018 as the team traveled to Tanzania to face the Twiga Stars in an AWCON 20018 qualifier
Kundananji came to prominence when she netted a hat trick as Zambia came from two goals down to beat The Black Queens of Ghana 3-2 at Nkoloma Stadium in a friendly match.
At the 2018 AWCON, the pacey forward again showed up to the party with three goals (Zambia’s top goalscorer), and only South Africa star Chrestinah Thembi Kgatlana, (5) scored more at the tournament despite Kundananji having only played three games as Zambia was booted out at the group stage with 4 points ( tricky group, the two teams from that group South Africa and Nigeria went on to play the final).
In total Kundananji has played 25 games for the Copper Queens and scored 18 goals.
