Queens Abroad: Misozi Zulu nets brace, Grace off to flying start as Nachula suffers defeat

Copper Queens winger Misozi Rachel Zulu has continued to take the Turkish Turkcell Women’s Super League by storm with her brilliance.

Zulu scored a brace for the Hakkarigucu Spor side that thrashed Dudullu Spor 6-0 in a Turkcell Women’s Super League encounter.

The former Indeni Forward also chipped in with two assists to seal an all round emphatic performance.

Misozi who is nicknamed CR7 after Manchester United and Portugal great Cristiano Ronaldo has now scored 12 goals and assisted six since joining Hakkarigucu.

The win keeps Hakkarigucu in third place with 37 points, Ten points adrift of Group B leaders ALG Spor.

Elsewhere, Copper Queens goalminder Hazel Nali kept a clean sheet as Fatih Vatan Spor edged Hatayspor Women, 1-0.

In Spain, Rachel Nachula put in a 79 minute shift for Zaragoza CFF who succumbed to a 3-1 loss at the hands of Racing Feminina.

Hellen Mubanga is still not yet full fit after sustaining a Knee injury back in November for which she underwent surgery.

In Kazakhstan, On Friday, Grace Chanda scored one of the goals on debut for the BIIK Kazygurt side that recorded an emphatic 4-0 cup final win over FC Tomiris Turan.

Compatriot Prisca Chilufya came on as a second half substitute and contributed with an assist.
