PSL Roundup: Augustin Mulenga assists again, Rodrick Kabwe on target, Action for Nathan Sinkala and Charles Zulu

Augustine Mulenga continued with his fine form as he set up a goal, Rodrick Kabwe was on target for his relegation-threatened Black Leopards as the South African DSTV Premiership came alive on Saturday afternoon.

Charles Zulu made it to the Cape Town City starting lineup while it was another full shift for midfield general Nathan Sinkala.

Midfielder, Rodrick Kabwe was on target as Black Leopards beat TTM 2-1 in a South African DSTV Premiership encounter.

The goal was Kabwe’s fourth and helps Lidoda Duvha move to 18 points but they still lie bottom of the PSL log table.

At the Sugar Ray Xulu Stadium in Durban, Winger Augustine Mulenga set up Luvuyo Mamela for the only goal of the game as Amazulu beat Golden Arrows 1-0 to open a two-point lead at the summit of the DSTV Premiership.

The assist was Mulenga’s eleventh of the season.

At the Sisa Dukashe Stadium in Mdantsane, Defensive midfielder Nathan Sinkala put in a full shift but was on the losing end as Stellenbosch recorded a 1-0 defeat away to Chippa United.

At Mbombela Stadium in Nelspruit, Charles Zulu put in a 45-minute shift as Cape Town City succumbed to a shock 1-0 defeat at the hands of TS Galaxy.

Former Nkwazi striker Justin Shonga was an unused substitute.

Elsewhere, Lazarus Kambole was an unused substitute as Bloemfontein Celtic and Kaizer Chiefs shared spoils in a four-goal thriller.

Gamphani Lungu is still nursing an injury and hence missed out on a 1-1 draw between his Supersport United and Baroka.
