Kafue Celtic and Kansanshi Dynamos beat Power Dynamos and Zesco United respectively in the Zambian Super League played on Saturday.
In a lunch time kickoff, Green Buffaloes recorded their first win in over 2 months with an emphatic victory over Chambishi.
Elsewhere on the Copperbelt, Nkana picked up a 1-0 win over Indeni while Kabwe Warriors beat Konkola Blades 2-0 in Chililabombwe.
Green Buffaloes 3-0 Chambishi (George Ngoma 35’, 48, Godfrey Mashata 50’)
A brace from George Ngoma and a goal from Godfrey Mashata earned Buffaloes three points.
Kafue Celtic 1-0 Power Dynamos (Albert Kangwanda 37’)

Striker Albert Kangwanda scored his tenth goal of the season to help Celtic to a 1-0 victory. Celtic are still in the drop zone while Power drop to 6th position.
The Kitwe giants are on 34 points.
Kansanshi Dynamos 2-0 Zesco United (Jesse Were 42’, 83’)
Kenyan striker Jesse Were scored a brace in Kansanshi Dynamos’ home win over Zesco united to hunt his former club.
Kansanshi Dynamos coach Boyd Mulwanda is unbeaten having recorded two wins since he made the switch from Buildcon.
Red Arrows can extend lead at the top to 9 points if they beat Green Eagles on Sunday.

Nkana 1-0 Indeni (Diamond Chikwekwe 20’)
A Diamond ‘Mosquito’ Chikwekwe first half goal sent Kalampa back in the top four after a narrow win over Indeni.
Nkana are now level with Green Eagles who will be action against Red Arrows.

Konkola Blades 0-2 Kabwe Warriors (Harrison Mwendwa 14’, Lameck Silwaba 39’)
First half goals from Harrison Mwendwa and new signing Lameck Silwaba propelled Warriors to victory over Blades.
Warriors are on 31 points, and 5 points off top four.
