The Power Dynamos Fans Forum (PDFC-FF) yesterday made a donation of assorted instruments which included ‘Vuvuzelas’ and drums worth over K2,000.00 to the supporter’s band ahead of the 2015 league season which kicks off today with the season opening Charity Shield.
The fans forum comprises of thousands of Power Dynamos fans and club faithfuls based in Zambia and abroad.
Speaking on behalf of the PDFC–FF, Mr. Mussa Kumesa implored all fans to die a little for the club and continue making sacrifices for the success of the Power Dynamos.
Receiving the equipment on behalf of the drummers, Mr. Stanly Mwenya thanked the PDFC-FF and promised to raise the levels of their drumming for the team as they look to winning the league and conquering Africa once again.
PDFC–FF scored another mark last year when they produced the ‘Aba Yellow Soccer Magazine’ dubbed the ‘Jubilee edition’ in conjunction with the club sponsors Copperbelt Energy Corporation (CEC) which was a follow-up to another project in 2013 which saw them produce the ‘Aba Yellow Theme Song’ done by renowned artist Mozegator.
The 1991 CAF Cup Winners Cup champions have already kicked off the 2015 campaign in the CAF Confederation Cup. They host Al Khartoum of Sudan next weekend in Kitwe after they went down 1 – 0 in the first leg.
