Power Dynamos eye Konkola Blades scalp

In form Power Dynamos will this afternoon return to Super League action as they take on struggling Konkola Blades in the opening of the second half of the season at Arthur Davies stadium.

Power Dynamos who made a few signings including former Green Buffaloes player Brian Mwila will want to continue with their good form and will be looking for a home win after recording a loss in the first leg in Chililabombwe against Blades.

Brian Mwila could make his Power Dynamos debut after being included in the match day squad by coach Chipepo.

Power Dynamos’ match day squad

Ronald Chibwe scored a beautiful second half header in the reverse fixture at Konkola Stadium ( Pakabwendo) to earn the Chililabombwe based side maximum points.

On the hand Sharp lazer are eager to record their first win of the second leg and the third win of the season after reconciling with Coach Charles Bwale ,who was forced to step away from the team by an illness before the team was promoted to the Super League.

Konkola Blades recorded only 2 wins so far this season with 6 draws and 9 losses.

The Mwenya Chipepo tutored side managed to get 8 wins with 6 loses and 4 draws turning around a poor start and have now only lost once in their last nine games.

Aba yellow had a good mid season after Mwenya Chipepo took over and might just want to continue with that good form.

Desperately wanting to impress the fans who had a horrible season coach Bwale might come in with some changes just to get that win elusive third win of the campaign.

Power Dynamos are currently on 7th place with 26 points five adrift of the log leaders Green Buffaloes while Konkola Blades are sitting on the bottom of the table with 12 points.
