Napsa Stars missed an opportunity to open a 3 point lead at the summit while Green Eagles produced a performance of the day as they humbled KYSA 6-1 at home.
The MTN/FAZ Super League week 15 came alive on Saturday with five games providing entertainment for fans all around the country, Two being shown live on Supersport.
Napsa Stars traveled to Kitwe to face rejuvenated Powerful Power dynamos at Arthur Davies Stadium in the biggest match of the weekend.
Napsa Stars came into the match on the back of a nine-game unbeaten run but it was Power Dynamos who came out tops as a 24th-minute own goal proved to be enough and gave Abayellow maximum points, Napsa missing out on top slot and Power dynamos now move up to the seventh place.
In Kabwe, A doubleheader took center stage with KYSA hosting Green Eagles and Kabwe Warriors playing host to Lusaka dynamos at the Godfrey Ucar Chitalu Stadium.
In the first game, Eagles run riot scoring six goals to thrash KYSA 6-1. Spencer Sautu, Ronald Chibwe, Andrew Kwiliko, Kennedy Musonda, and Shadreck Mulungwe all found themselves on the score sheet.
In the second game, Kabwe Warriors started strong going two-nil up inside the first 15 minutes with goals from Winston Mhago and Twiza Chaibela. Baba Basile and Emmanuel Habasimbi leveled matters before halftime.
Warriors however restored their lead in the second half with a Jimmy Ndhlovu headed goal and a fine finish from Akakulubelwa Mwachiaba.
Nakambala Leopards made two wins in two games as Lameck Nyangu scored a late penalty to help them to a 1-0 win over struggling Mighty Mufulira Wanderers.
The win takes the Sugar Boys out of the relegation zone.
In Lumwana, Green Buffaloes left it late as Chilimba Moonga scored in the 84th minute to secure maximum points for the Soldiers.
