Power Dynamos FC sponsors Copperbelt Energy Coroporation CEC say they have allocated USD 680, 000 (Approx. ZMK6.8 Million) to sponsor the club for the 2016 season.
CEC announced yesterday during the launch of an alternative away kit to be used in Midlands at Inter Continental Hotel in Lusaka.
PDFF Media Team reports that the CEC Liquid CEO Samr Kapula has assured the club of continued sponsorship from his company.
CEC chairman who is also the club’s Patron Mr Sindowe has paid tribute to fans of Power Dynamos FC and has expressed commitment to partner with the fans.
Mr sindowe highlighted the importance of good football governance and accountability of football administrators.
Since the turn of the century, the Kitwe based club only won the league title twice, in 2000 and 2011 despite receiving steady sponsorship from CEC.
