Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) Women National League North-Western-based side Police Dove Queens has embarked on a long journey of a thousand miles to Lusaka as they are scheduled to play 3 games in a row in the capital city before trekking back to Solwezi for their home match.
The Fearless Girls will tomorrow, Wednesday, 28th April take on Red Arrows Women Football Club at Nkoloma Stadium in a rescheduled Match Week 4 at 10:00hrs before facing Zambia Institute for Sustainable Development (ZISD) Women Football Club at Lusaka’s Old Independence Stadium this coming weekend.
The Solwezi based will then wrap up their stay in Lusaka with a tricky tie against Lusaka Dynamos on 5th May 2021 at NASDEC Sports Complex in another rescheduled match Week 6 encounter.
When they return to their base, the Police sponsored side will then battle it out with their sisters Nkwazi Queens in Solwezi in a battle of superiority as bragging rights are at stake in this intriguing Match Week 9 fixture.
The Solwezi based outfit has only managed one win and a draw after playing five games and they sit in 12th place on the log with four points.
