Zambian players abroad were in action on Tuesday for their respective clubs.
Below, the ZamFoot Crew takes a look at how the players performed.
Tanzania
Charles Zulu started for Azam FC in the goalless stalemate against Coastal in the NBC Premier League.
The former Zanaco winger started on the left wing.
Compatriot Paul Katema started on the bench while striker Rodger Kola was left out of the bench.
England
Zambian forward Patson Daka played for 71 minutes in the Leicester City’s 2-0 win over Burnely.
After a subdued performance Daka was replaced by a 35 year old Jamie Vardy, who was making his first appearance of the year.
Vardy played a huge role in earning his side all three points by setting up James Maddison for the opener before settling the game with a close-range header.
