Patson Daka has been named the PFA Championship Fans’ Player of the Month for December.
Daka scored 4 goals and assisted twice for Leicester City before he left for international duty.
Daka was on target on four occasions in wins over Plymouth, Millwall and Rotherham United.
Daka was nominated alongside teammate Stephy Mavididi, Southampton Adam Armstrong, Leeds United Crysencio Summerville, Coventry City’s Sakamoto, Morga Whitaker of Plymouth Argyle.
The Kafue Celtic product is currently in Ivory Coast with the Chipolopolo ahead of their opening match at the 34 edition of the Africa Cup of Nations tomorrow.
The Chipolopolo will face DR Congo on Wednesday at the Laurent Pokou Stadium in a 22h00 (Zambian Time) kickoff in their opening Group F fixture with the second game against Tanzania four days later.
Zambia’s final group match will be against the Atlas Lions on January 24.
