Zesco United defender Nyambe Mulenga says he is recovering well and is looking forward to coming back to play.
The is what he had to say in an interview with Zescounitedfc –
Having enjoyed playing last year, the injury was at first heartbreak because I knew I was going to miss the Afcon and Champions league but I thank God for sparing my life and obviously giving me a chance to continue with my career. I am recovering well, the Plaster of Paris (POP) has been removed and am able to walk without crutches although I experience an amount of pain,” Mulenga said.
I have been out of action before due to an injury and this for me is one of those things you learn to live with, I still feel bad because we lost a life in that accident, but we thank God that the majority of survived and have a chance to live,” he said.

Nyambe Mulenga is a very good and strong player. He is the only guy I think who partners well with Sunzu at the back, at the moment. Munthali and Katebe are very average. Get well soon Nyambe. We miss you in the national soccer team.

Obviously in his late 30s but assumed 2 b a 20 somethin.
Gents, I watched Katebe. I must admit that our opinions may differ on whether he is a good defender or not. Believe me you, this boy will make Zambia smile. It is only a matter of time.
