Nkana record first win, ZANACO edge Leopards, Win for FC MUZA as Eagles hold ZESCO 

Record 13 time Champions Nkana finally managed to get their first win of the season as they edged Green Buffaloes 1-0. 

Idriss Ilunga Mbombo’s 60th minute goal was enough to give the Kitwe giants maximum points and continue their dominance over Green Buffaloes. 

The win takes Nkana to Kalampa to 4th place with 5 pound after 3 matches. 

FC MUZA moved to the summit of the table as they beat Mutondo 1-0 while Chimwemwe Idana scored the only goal of the game as ZANACO recorded another narrow win. 

MUZA and ZANACO are currently first and second on the log with seven points each after 3 matches played so far. 

At Levy Mwanawasa Stadium, Fred Michael cancelled out Moses Phiri’s opener as ZESCO United and Green Eagles played to a 1-1 draw. 

At Reiz Arena, Ricky Banda’s late goal earned Red Arrows a point after Rally Bwalya had put the Pensioners, NAPSA Stars in the lead just after five minutes. 

Kansanshi Dynamos and Konkola Blades played to a 1-1 draw. Dalitso Lungu scored for the Mabanga Boys while Kelvin Kapumbu opened his goal account for Blades.
