Nkana FC extended their lead at the summit of the MTN FAZ super league log to three points when they came from behind to beat Mufulira Blackpool 3 – 1 to extend their winning streak to three games out of three.
Newly promoted Blackpool started on a high and stunned their more illustrious opponents with a 43rd minute stunner which caught Scott Ngokene in the Nkana goal before man of the match Jacob Ngulube replied with a brace while Freddie Tshimenga scored the other for Nkana.
in the late kick off at the same venue, Zesco United where too good for Power Dynamos as they cruised to a 2 – 1 win at Arthur Davies Stadium.

mpaka litente,Kalampa, zega mambo!! Koppala teams rocks!! I see a lot of competition this year!!
Faz should talk to that congolese strike by the name of idriss mbombo to play for the zambian national team belgian france and portugal have done that before let’s try he is a good player
No need we not short of good strikers. Let him play for his country…
i strongly concur with you, yeah we should try, why not?
Run away Nkana! Nkana looks seriously unstoppable this season. Their organisation and highly tactical fast paced game is too hot to handle. I can bet for 10 out 10 on the first 10 league games for Nkana. They have the depth, and the quality in their team
How come black pool played their home game in kitwe the home town of nkana.Has ndeke township of kitwe changed to kamuchanga?
Go goal foward kalampa.
Hahaha Nkana is a very big team
Aba red ni favor yeka yeka.
That is devil Kalampa for you this time is ours bosses in the house
go nkana kalampa go we indeed behind u aba red ebabako,,,,,nkana….. ngataliko…..bonse aba nibangwele….nala izandamuna lelo muledabwa-nala izandamuna lelo muledabwa…sing along kalampa boyz.
Live wire have opened the account today so ba nkana tekanyene but atleast you will end the season in top 4. Zesco poweeeer!!
No hassle talking to foreign players. Our strikers Kalengo and Mbesuma will not be around for long. I was asking this South African neighbour here in Scottsville,PMB, why South Africa can’t grant Mbesuma South African citizenship and get him as their striker. The response was ” my friend talk of another player, we don’t Want war with Zambia”. Hope Nkana continues with the momentum. The league will be competitive this season. A lot of clubs are looking to DRC for talent, Idriss and his colleague at Nkana have not disappointed. Power Dynamos is a big let down of zambian football.
Nice one baMighty a point away from home isn’t bad @ all. Jacob ngulube shud hv stayed coz mighty breeds stars.
Kalampa look the real deal to me, ofcouirse Zesco are in it with a shout but I must confess that Nkana have really improved. Coming from a goal down to win by 3 well constructed goals is not easy regardless of the opposition. I wish I could say the same about my beloved Power Dynamos who were outplayed in literally all the departments by a well organized Zesco team and for most part Power looked like conceding every time Zesco attacked…it was a pathetic display coming from a team that wants to challenge for honors this season changes have to be made now or else it will be the usual story…..
I agree with you on the changes and they have to start with the coach , we have to fire TC he has not brought anything to Power Dynamos, we expected so much from him but he has disappointed every other season. We can not say that he doesn’t have the material to work with because he has,and he has been at the helm long enough to have made the necessary changes if this was a problem.
I am not a Power fan but I watched their game against ZESCO. The difference of course is that Power is starting their games, while ZESCO has been playing in the CL, and have already gelled. So give POWER and other teams a chance. The League has just started.
I must say I was very impressed by the standards of football displayed by the four teams I watched yesterday Blackpool, Nkana Power and ZESCO, all gave me the impression that the game in Zambia is on a high.
Ba rangers kuwayawayafya
i missed the goals Nkana scored but at least watched the later stages of the game. My view is that Zesco has a challenger in nkana. the guys are running n ringing bells. lets watch the big guyz. Zesco Nkana Zanaco n maybe GBFC.
red arrows will win the league
