Nine of Chambeshi’s Chipolopolo XI revealed

Chipolopolo Boys coach Bestone Chambeshi has already named his starting line up for Sunday night’s Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Equatorial Guinea, the ZamFoot Crew understands.

According to the ZamFoot  Crew insiders, Chambeshi revealed his team at the briefing about an hour ago.

Zambia will be without three players from the side which started the Matchday 3 tie in Malabo.

The trio Patson Daka, Dickson Chapa and Prince Mumba are all suspended.

Scotland based foward Fashion  Sakala will start as a lone striker and he will be supported by Denmark based Lubambo Musonda and Clatous Chota Chama.

Lubambo will skipper the side while Chama who will start in the hole is the vice.

Swedish based midfielder Emmanuel Banda gets the nod in the engine room.

Who are the other two expected to start?

Pick two from Rally Bwalya, Kelvin Mubanga Kampamba or Edward Chilufya

The back four picks itself with Red Arrows duo Benedict Chepeshi and Prosper Chiluya as right and left full back respectively.

The improving Dominic Chanda continues his partnership with Tp Mazembe’s Tandi Mwape. The two actually were a central defensive pair at Kabwe Warriors.

South African based goalkeeper Cyril Chibwe will continue in goal.

The match will kickoff at 18h00 and will be live on ZNBC

  1. Uganda and Micho are busy winning away games, Chambeshi and Zambia are busy losing at home and away. Why on Earth was FAZ and Kamanga in a hurry to chase Micho. Surely is Chambeshi better than Micho?
