Brave Nchanga Rangers got back to winning ways on Sunday as they humiliated Zesco Shockers in a week eight fixture of the FAZ/EDEN University National Division One played in Chingola.
The two-time Champions of Zambian football settled down first and scored through on fire forward Irvin Mulenga in the 20th minute who later again found the back of the net.
Nchanga who played without Head Coach Bruce Mwape didn’t let his absence stop them from dominating the match. Nchanga went on to add their third for the day moments after the start of the second half through a well taken Simon Ngombe effort much to the delight of the home fans.
The visitors were outplayed and outpaced, sensational Friday Konga scored his first of the match and Nchanga’s fourth to increase Braves authority on the match. With all hope of a comeback lost, Shockers made changes to reinforce man Power but not even a step-up transformer could come to their rescue on the day as Rangers were just unplayable.
Enterprising Moses Mwaba the added fifth for the day before grabbing his brace and it was slowly becoming embarrassing for the Mongu based outfit.
The goals galore then hit the climax with a seventh for the day, The win propels Rangers to sixth place having only won three of their eight matches this season.
