National Assembly Women Football Club captain Grace Mulaisho has declared her team ready for tomorrow’s 2020/21 FAZ Women’s Super League Week 9 battle against Queens Academy in Kabwe, Central Province.
Mulaisho who has been one of the outstanding players for the Parliamentarians told the ZamFoot Crew that they have drawn enough and the team aims to collect maximum points because they are well prepared.
“Tomorrow’s game against Queens Academy is a must-win for us, we have drawn so many games but we are always working hard in training and we aim to pick up maximum points.”
Coach Thomas Nyirenda drilled lasses has only scored 3 goals and conceded 5, but Mulaisho feels that the strikers have now done their homework and they will deliver and ahe has predicted a goal to herself.
“We know that it won’t be easy because Queens also wants to win the game, but our strikers this time around have done their homework and they are going to score and I am also going to register myself on the score sheet. We promise our coach that we are going to carry the day tomorrow.”
National Assembly is currently in 8th position with 9 points and has the highest number of draws (6) in the league while Queens Academy has managed to win 3 times and there’s only a point difference between these two sides as Queens occupy the 7th position with 10 points.
This match will kick off at 10:00hrs at Jasmine Grounds in Kabwe.
