MTN Super League side Napsa Stars coaches, Linos Makwaza and his two assistants Dabwitso Nkhoma and Harry Milanzi have been sent on gardening leave.
And the ZamFoot Crew understands that three unnamed coaches have already being short listed to take over from Makwaza.
“Napsa Stars released a statement on Monday stating that ‘ third assistant coach Donewell Yobe and Goalkeeper Coach Lameck Nyangu will oversee the training of the team in the interim.’
“The move is in view of the poor performance of the team which has seen it pick a point out of possible fifteen points. An announcement on the new technical bench will be made in the course of the week,” read a statement.
Makwaza took over from Tenant Chilumba last season but a string of poor results has contributed to his departure.
Napsa have just collected a point from a possible 15 points this season.
In the transfer window, Napsa lost a number of players including Chitiya Mususu, Chitoshi Mukuma, Solomon Sakala, Yoremember Banda, Twiza Chaibela and Collins Sikombe.
