Nakambala Leopards surprisingly not back in training yet

Zambia Super League side, Nakambala Leopards have surprisingly not yet started training despite FAZ allowing the teams to start training following the green light given to the Association by Government, The ZamFoot Crew understands.

According to a ZamFoot Crew source in Mazabuka the club is still not too sure about the safety of the players and technical bench as they are still very concerned about the deadly Coronavirus epidemic that has currently plagued the world.

Another source told ZamFoot that the team has not yet been given a go-ahead by their sponsors Zambia Sugar despite Government and FAZ giving a go-ahead for teams to start training two weeks ago.

The Sugar Boys are scheduled to play their first match after the Coronavirus induced break against Buildcon in Ndola on Wednesday next week.

The Mazabuka based outfit is third from bottom with just 17 points to their name after 24 rounds of matches.
