Zambia national team skipper Enock Mwepu’s performance for his club Brighton and Hove Albion has been announced as the performance of the month for October.
The Seagulls took to the social media platform, Twitter to announce the award which is sponsored by Porsche Cars Great Britain.
The former NAPSA Stars midfielder who has been a Liverpool fan since childhood, stole the show on Saturday 30th October as he netted a beauty of a goal to cut Liverpool’s lead in half helping Brighton to come from two goals down to draw 2-2 with Liverpool.
His beauty of strike which was his first English Premier League goal was also voted by the Seagulls fans as the goal of the month with a resounding 88% of votes cast.

Mwepu is part of coach Beston Chambeshi’s squad for the back-to-back Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Mauritania and Tunisia.
Zambia hosts Mauritania on November 13 at National Heroes Stadium in Lusaka before trekking away to Tunis for the concluding Group B match three days later.
Tickets for the match are on sale across Shoprite outlets via Computicket and are fetching K30 (South and North Wing), K50 (East Wing), K70 (West Wing), and K250 (VIP).
