Mercurial midfielder Enock Mwepu was part of the Copper Bullets last training session on Wednesday evening ahead of today’s crucial 2021 Cameroon AFCON qualifier against Botswana.
The Redbull Salzburg midfielder who arrived on Wednesday afternoon after being released late by the club took part in the loosening up session that was watched by the Minister of Sports, Youth and Child Development, Honorable Emmanuel Mulenga, FAZ President, Andrew Kamanga, Director of Sports John Phiri, FAZ General secretary Adrian Kashala, his deputy Joseph Chimpampwe among others at the National Heroes Stadium.
Mwepu comes with the experience of having recently played in one of the topmost Competitions in the world, The UEFA Champions League, and against top opposition like Athletico de Madrid and Bayern Munich.
The match is expected to be played behind closed doors with kick-off set at 18:00 Central African time.
