Zambia national team skipper Enock Mwepu has new number at his club, the Computer will be wearing jersey number 8.
Mwepu took to social media to confirm his new squad number ahead of the 2022/2023 English Premier League season.
The jersey number 8 was left vacant after Malian midfielder Yves Bissouma completed his switch to Tottenham Hotspur.
Mwepu also had his first test of preseason with 45 minutes of action in the Seagulls 2-1 win over Championship side, Reading.
Pascal Gross and Solly March scored the goals for Brighton and Hove Albion in Berkshire while Yakou Meite’s scored Reading’s consolation goal from 12 yards out.
