Enock Mwepu says he was excited to take his chance and even more happy to see it go past Aaron Ramsdale in the Arsenal goal.
The Computer finished off a fine team move with a sublime half volley to score his second Premier League goal of the season and seal a win for the Seagulls.
The Zambian skipper believes Brighton players have the right mentality looking at how they played at the Emirates.
“We had a little joke in the dressing room before the game that I was going to score. I was delighted to take the chance, I hit it really well and it was wonderful to see it go into the net,” Mwepu said.
“I am so glad, we needed the three points after six loses and a draw but I think we have shown that we have the right mentality in the group to can come to places like Arsenal and play like we did.”
“We just want to continue in the final games like this, play well and win for the coach, who has shown a lot of confidence in us,” he added.

Martin Odegaard pulled one back late on for the Gunners to provide a nervy ending to the match.
Albion had to hold firm during six minutes of stoppage time before they could celebrate a second win from their last three trips to the Emirates and Mwepu was desperate for it to end.
“I almost wasn’t breathing. I just wanted the game to end but we defended so well and it was just great to win the game and then celebrate in front of our fans,” he said.
The Zambia midfielder struck a goal of the season contender to add to Leandro Trossard’s first-half strike as Graham Potter’s side ended a run of seven games without a win by beating Arsenal 2-1 at the Emirates.
Mwepu set up Trossard for the opener and was named as the official man of the match and was rated 9.1 by out of 10 by Sofascore.
