Football Association of Zambia – FAZ- President Keith Mweemba has urged the Chipolopolo to remain united as they gear up for the 2025 HOLLYWOODBETS COSAFA Cup set to be held in South Africa.
Speaking during his visit to the team’s training session at Nkoloma Stadium, Mweemba challenged the players to give their best and use the regional tournament as vital preparation for the upcoming African Nations Championship – CHAN- qualifiers.
He emphasized the importance of teamwork and unity, adding that a strong bond within the squad will be key to overcoming the tough competition at COSAFA.
Mweemba further encouraged the team to aim for a strong finish and set their sights on long-term goals, including qualification for the FIFA World Cup.
The Chipolopolo are currently in camp as they continue building up to the COSAFA tournament, which kicks off later this year.
