Kwingstone Mutandwa was on target for Ried in their 4-1 defeat to Red Bull Salzburg in an Austrian Bundesliga match.
With Ried training 1-0, the 22 year old scored a stunning equaliser but his goal was not enough.
Red Bull Salzburg went on add three more goals to stump their authority.
The Chibombo native is on a season loan from Italian side Cagliari.
Mutandwa has now scored 5 goals in the league.
