…..FAZ to improve the quality and quantities of KoPa it
FAZ has revealed that it has no plans of replacing KoPa with a World renowned kit sponsor.
In a statement released by the FAZ General Secretary Machacha Shepande on Monday, Football House will stick with the KoPa, a local brand started by the previous FAZ Executive Committee led by Andrew Kamanga.
“The FAZ EXCO tabled the kit sponsorship matter with a decision on the restructuring of the existing arrangement deferred to give FAZ time to explore more options,” read a FAZ statement
“In light of a number of tournaments already lined up and underway, FAZ will continue kitting the national teams in KoPa.
“We are however working to improve the quality and quantities of the kit. We will also endeavour to make the product more available through an online platform,” Shepande said.
KoPa was introduced by Kamanga after he came into office in 2016.
After struggling with a kit sponsor, Kamanga and his executive decided to out source in China and added the KoPa brand.
