Mighty Mufulira Wanderers have confirmed their first signing of the season, Bartuel Tembo, a winger.
Tembo joins Abena Milambo from the Magnificent people’s team, Kabwe Warriors. He has penned a three year deal with Mufulira Wanderers.
The deal will keep him at Shinde Stadium until 2027.
Tembo has scored 19 goals and made 22 assists – a total of 41 goal contributions since joining the magnificent People’s team since the 2021/2022 season.

Mufulira Wanderers Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of Bartuel Tembo, a dynamic winger- co -striker, as the club’s first acquisition ahead of the 2025/26 season.
Tembo joins Abena Milambo from Zambian Super League side Kabwe Warriors, signing a three-year contract that will keep him at Shinde Stadium until 2027.
“Putting pen to paper on a permanent deal at Mufulira Wanderers is a standout moment for me. Speaking on the new addition, the Acting Club CEO shared:

Bartuel joined Kabwe Warriors in the 2021/22 season, spending four productive years with the Kabwe-based outfit. The Chililabombwe-born attacker delivered consistently, racking up 19 goals and 22 assists – a total of 41 goal contributions during his time there.
Tembo is currently with the squad as preparations begin for the club’s pre-season training camp in Luapula Province later this week.
