Chipolopolo Boys forward Moses Phiri was on target on Sunday as Simba Sports Club thrashed nine man Mtimbwa Sugar in a week 10 Tanzania NBC Premier League encounter.
The Zambian international set up the second goal and scored the fourth in Simba’s big win.
Mzamiru Said scored the opener in the 38th minute with a fine close range finish. Pape Ousmane Sakho doubled the lead three minutes into the second stanza after being set up by Moses Phiri.
Augustine Okrah made it 3-0 with a half scissors kick inside the area before Phiri could score the fourth in the 73rd minute.
Sakho sealed the result with his second of the match in additional time heading in a Gabriel Micheal cross.
Zambian midfielder Clatous Chota Chama put in a brilliant shift and was involved in the build-up of two of the five goals.
Moses Phiri has now scored five goals in the NBC Premier League and 10 in all Competitions.
