Zambia coach Avram Grant has said Morocco is the best side in Africa as ‘evidenced by their fourth place at the last World Cup.
The Chipolopolo Boys face Morocco in a make or break encounter.
“It’s a very important match. It will be crucial for us after the draw against Tanzania. Morocco is a fantastic team, with a good coach and who offers quality football, as evidenced by their fourth place at the last World Cup,” the former Chelsea and Ghana coach said.
“Its results are exceptional, the team is very organized. Regragui has a glorious future ahead of him,”
“My players showed a lot of character in the previous two matches. We must remember that many of them are playing at the AFCON for the first time,” he declares, not a little proud.
The Israeli coach has emphasised that for Zambia to win they have to show character.
“We have nothing to lose because we are playing against the best team in Africa. There is no doubt that Moroccans have incredible individual qualities. You have to show character and assert yourself,”
