A first half brace from Ismael Saibari gave the FIFA 2022 World Cup semi finalists 2-0 lead.
Ayoub El Kaabi and Hamza Igamane added a goal each after the break to extend the lead to 4-0.
A late goal from midfielder Azzedine Ounahi sealed the victory for the North Africans as they turn their attention to Monday’s clash against Zambia in Ndola.
Elsewhere in Group E, second placed Tanzania shared spoils with Congo Brazzaville.
The Taifa Stars are now on 10 points with Zambia and Niger on 6 points.
Zambia still has a slim chance of qualifying via the intercontinental playoffs.
Should the Copper Bullets pick up the maximum points in the remaining matches, then Avram Grant’s men will go to the continental playoffs as one of four best second placed countries.
The winner from the continental playoff will head t the intercontinental playoff.
