Copper Queens Striker Xiomara Mapepa has apologized to the Football Association of Zambia, fans and the country for her misconduct in South Korea.
Mapepa told ZNBC News that her behaviour in camp was not in line with the expected conduct and has since asked for forgiveness.
She called on FAZ to support her as she will do her best to abide by the rules.
Mapepa who is also the Captain of Elite Ladies Football club, further refuted a stories circulating that she was found on drugs.
And, Elite Ladies Football Club Chief Executive Officer, Oliver Shalala said the club has rendered her the necessary support to help work on her conduct to avoid any such incidences.
