Mali expected to make a few changes

The Zambia national team again this evening square off with the Eagles of Mali in the second friendly match of the September FIFA window. 

Mali Coach Éric Sékou Chelle is expected to make changes to his team despite recording a narrow 1-0 win on Friday. 

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Yves Bissouma, RB Leipzig’s Amadou Haidara and Diadié Samassekou are expected to return to the starting line up having started on the bench on Friday. 

Malmö goal minder Ismael Diawara is expected to continue between the sticks  ahead of Ibrahim Mounkoro and Djigui Diawara. 

In defense Amadou Dante, Mamadou Fofana,Kiki Kouyate and captain Hamari Traore are expected to again make up the back four. 

Redbull Salzburg workhorse Mohamed Camara is expected to partner former Salzburg man Daddier Samassekou in the defensive midfield role.

Samassekou is expected to replace Crystal Palace midfielder Cheick O. Doucouré.

Tottenham man Yves Bissouma has three goals for the national team and the 26-year-old should handle business in the attacking midfield role ahead of Lasasan Coulibaly who started on Friday. 

Amadou Haidara is expected to start on the right side of midfield in place of Kamory Doumbia While Southampton forward Moussa Djenepo may maintain his place on the left wing. 

Almeria’s El Bilal Touré is expected to again lead the attack ahead of Sékou Koita. 

Zambia and the Eagles of Mali will square off on Friday at the Stade du 26 Mars in Bamako at 19:00 hours GMT (21H00 CAT).
