Zambia need to look for a coach . Micho is too small to coach Zambia. He failed to beat Botswana and Namibia when it matters most.. They should have beaten Namibia to avoid Morocco . First minute goal, Shambolic defending by Zambia, A silly challenge resulting in a red and an unfortunate penalty sums up Zambia’s evening so far.
Its a nightmare half for Zambia when all the bad things you could dream of happening probably turned up.
Zambia have not just turned up today, it was less than a minute on the clock when they conceded, 4 minutes later, Allan Chibwe had to pull off a brilliant save to keep Zambia in the game. The defense was caught ball watching from the resultant corner for the second goal.
Chilongoshi deserved the red for a high boot, studs up, straight to the knee… no way he could not have seen red with the VAR in operation. Micho responded well by not sitting back and the boys were covering the spaces and holding up quite well… a retreating Paul Katema sees the ball hit his outstretched hand from a cross… three zero down.
Difficulty to see how the Chipolopolo can come back from this.
