Lameck Banda has been named in the starting eleven for this afternoon’s 2023 Ivory Coast AFCON qualification match against Lesotho.
Banda came off the bench to replace injured Lubambo Musonda in the 13th minute and went on to score a brace to guide Zambia to a comfortable 3-1 win.
This means Avram Grant maintained the eleven players who were on the pitch after Lubambo Musonda’s injury.
Leicester City forward Patson Daka leads the attack supported by Fashion Sakala Jnr and Banda.
In the middle of the park, Klings Kangwa, Emmanuel Banda and Benson Sakala are again tasked with protecting the back four and creating chances for the attackers.
