Zesco United have been docked points for featuring 20 ineligible players over the weekend.
And the Zambian Premier League have awarded Konkola Blades FC 3 points.
In addition to the 3 points, the Chililabombwe based side have also been awarded a 3-0 scoreline against Zesco United.
Zesco United have also been handed a fine of K10,000 for failing to register players on time.
The Ndola side have the right to appeal.
The Ndola giants were held to a goalless stalemate by Konkola Blades in the opening fixture of the season.
Zesco United will feature in the CAF Confederations Cup.
The 2016 CAF Champions League semi finalists will face Gabonese Army sponsored FC 105 in the preliminary stage.
Mutondo Stars will host Zesco United this Saturday in the league.
